- Replaced 70′s style laminate kitchen that had metal extrusion pulls
- New mushroom-colored base cabinets and cornsilk-colored upper and tall cabinets
- Green granite countertop
- Raised Ceasarstone free-form counter with seating for 4 replaced old dinette set
- All new appliances including a stacked washer and dryer
- New tile floor with Warmly Yours heating system
- Upgraded bathrooms with new floor and fixtures
